The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Enjoy a bath while overlooking the beautiful private 5 acre landscape. Outside you have the choice of relaxing on the large deck or the pavilion with a large entertainment space with a fireplace.

You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. House is located 15 mins from East Aurora, Bills Stadium 20 mins, Ellicottville 43 mins, and Downtown Buffalo 30 mins.

We are located in the lake effect snow belt in western NY. During the winter months, it is suggested to have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to make the driveway more manageable. There will be parking spots cleared at the end of the driveway if needed.

Lovely home with plenty of space and everything we needed, from firewood to kitchen supplies. When we weren’t skiing, we chose to return to the comfort of the house rather than dining out. We were able to enjoy all our meals together and play games by the fire. Our hosts responded quickly to our needs, making sure the driveway was plowed after it snowed. A perfect spot for a family trip!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful home! Our family enjoyed the beautiful scenery and cozy atmosphere that this home brings. Our grandchildren enjoyed the outdoor playground complete with tire swing, while the older family members cozied up by the fireplace! The beds were extremely comfortable with each bedroom zoned for individual comfort. The layout of this home is perfect for family gatherings. We can’t wait to return next year!

We loved our stay! It is the perfect nature getaway nestled up on the hill. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable too. Our favorite place to relax was the patio, especially in the evenings. Very comfortable furniture. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the outdoor entertainment area, but looking forward to doing so when we return for another trip.

A Nostalgic Family Christmas

This property was perfect for our children and grandchildren! There are a plethora of amenities to enjoy! The outdoor fireplace with a gazebo was a delight. The lodge was a perfect mix of a rustic atmosphere with all of the modern amenities! The downstairs bathroom had an enclosed clawfoot tub while the upstairs suite had a modern walk in shower. The four bedrooms were comfortable as each room featured zoned heating for individual comfort. The living space featured a perfect family gathering space complete with a piano, fireplace and beautiful kitchen table. The huge windows were beautiful to observe the deer and other wildlife.The long driveway leads to a scenic view. There is plenty of parking down by the road or at the top of the driveway. Our hosts made us feel welcomed by providing good communication and recommendations for local activities that were available. Not to mention the delicious Christmas cookies that awaited us when we arrived!
