The location cannot be beat! We had so much room on the beach and were walking distance to the shops and playground. Kim was quick to respond whenever we reached out. We had a wonderful family vacation!

The Halls are the best hosts! Their communication is superb before and during the visit. Having rented from them for many years I can say they are consistent, care very much about their property, and will make sure you have all of your expectations met. This beach front property is a rare gem. Affordable five bedroom home with walk out beach access. It’s no frills, but it’s exactly what you need to truly relax and immerse yourself into all that OIB has to offer. Perfect location for pier, shopping, ice cream, coffee, biking, walking, and -most importantly- enjoying the beach and ocean.

Our stay at the SeaWitch was wonderful. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, an updated and spacious kitchen, really comfortable new matresses and a perfect location! We’re already discussing another visit! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

We love this beach house with the entire living space on one level. It is always clean and the hosts are attentive and respond quickly to any needs or questions. The house has everything you need including very comfortable beds. Home away from home. Highly recommend!

We spent a family reunion at this house and it was perfect for what we needed. It is right on the beach and has a beautiful deck perfect for any weather. The inside is clean, updated and spacious

Great stay! We liked the place but thought it needed a good cleaning. (Dusty, heat/ac vents very dirty) beds where uncomfortable.

We are sorry that your stay did not warrant a five star review for we strive for that. We were at the house during the days prior to your arrival to do some work after the summer season and had to leave quickly a couple of days early due to a family medical emergency. We were unable to complete all of the tasks we had planned. We were able to change out the a/c filters, but didn’t have time to vacuum the vents. Our apologies if that decreased your satisfaction with your stay. As to the beds being uncomfortable, we have luxury memory foam toppers on all of the beds because our family prefers soft bedding, but we understand that some people prefer firm.

Another great stay

This house is perfect for relaxing. The owners are wonderful and personable to work with. We had everything we could ever need in the spacious and well laid out house. Best back porch around with plenty of chairs and rockers and I loved having breakfast at the picnic table every day. Beach was clean and not crowded. We absolutely loved our stay!

Our new favorite place

This property was everything the owners said it would be. Perfect for our family. My 2 year old absolutely loved the big deck! The owners were beyond helpful and super nice. By day 2, our whole family agreed we would love to book this house again in the future!

Another Amazing trip!

This is our 2nd year staying at this house and we are already counting the days until our next vacation here. The location/view is perfect. Steps from the beach and then the covered deck if you want to get out of the sun, etc. We love the old school beach house vibe with the modern kitchen. For us and our teenage sons it was PERFECT!
