Cottage two is a beautifully designed two-bedroom, one-bath lakeside cottage situated just steps from the water, with incredible views of Silver Lake. The bright, open living space features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second features twin bunks, with an additional queen-size pullout sofa in the living area. Sleeps up to 6 when accommodating a mix of adults and children; the cottage is not intended for 6 adults.



PLEASE NOTE: BACHELOR AND BACHELORETTE PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT SILVER OAKS RESORT.



Step outside to a private deck, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, and private fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Just steps away, guests can enjoy the resort’s private beachfront, dock, swimming area, kayaks, paddleboards, beautifully maintained grounds, shared grilling and gathering spaces, viewing patio, on-site boat rentals, and EV charging.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The cottage must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
Take trash to Shed B. Return equipment and furniture. Set thermostat to 70°F. Turn off lights/TVs and lock doors/windows.
Close all motorized blinds. Close and secure the outdoor umbrella.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets. No smoking. No events or parties including but not limited to Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties.
House rules will be attached to the listing.
