The space Beach House is a multi-unit property with 9 apartments located inside the gated community of Santa Teresita near Ocean Park Beach. We are 3 blocks' walking distance from the beach and 5-10 minutes from the San Juan international airport. Old San Juan and Condado are 5-10 minutes away. This is a small private apartment doesn’t have windows, with a new queen size bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom. The apartment has two ceiling fans and air conditioning but no windows or natural light. We have coin operated washer and dryer on the communal patio. You can park in front of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the back patio. The only "Surfing Beach in San Juan" LA 8 SURFING BEACH. FREE PARKING Designated Working Space We have a washer and dryer coin-operated in the building for your convenience. The washer costs $3.00, and the dryer costs $3.00 per load. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent and bringing change.

THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED We have 16 security cameras around the property, The front, the back, and the sides of the house. These cameras are for security and are visible at the entrance and back. The cameras are recording 24/7 Other things to note This apartment doesn’t have windows, it has AC and ceiling funs. The apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker, this unit does not have a stove or cooktop. We have a gas BBQ in the communal area that guests are welcome to use. Please be conscious of others and clean the BBQ after using it.
We offer some initial basic toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, we provide dish soap and two trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies for the remainder of their reservation once the initial quantities are exhausted. This ensures that you have the necessary essentials to start your stay comfortably and that you can tailor additional supplies to your specific needs as your stay progresses.
Extra amenities: Daybed and stroller. Each would have to be requested in advance of your arrival. Please note that there is a $10 fee for the daybed. Stroller comes at no charge.
Late Check-out: We provide the option of a late check-out at a rate of $15 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11 AM to 2 PM. However, if you require an extension beyond 2 PM, a full extra day will be charged.

The property is really safe and comfy close to everything and very close (1 min) walking to one of the most beautiful beaches. Victor was very polite and the instructions were very clear. I hope to stay again on this apartment soon. Very well recommended.
