Paul's property was absolutely fantastic. Immaculately clean, exactly as pictured, and all communications were prompt and helpful. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We would love to stay again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

The Point was perfect for my whole family. The Roses could not have been better with communication. Both for the house and the boat. It felt like I was dealing with family ( in a good way!). Thank you Paul and Rich for making my family vacation so special
