Boulder Back Cottage is a newly renovated cottage located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Main Street Lake Placid. Main floor consists of 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bath, modern fully equipped chefs kitchen, and comfortable living room with propane fireplace. The downstairs has a family room with TV, 2 sleeping areas, a full bath and laundry room. Guests are welcome to use the private beach on Mirror Lake, just a short walk from the cottage. Bring your own canoe, kayak, or paddle board, and enjoy all that Mirror Lake offers (closed to guests each day from 4-6pm). Fully fenced in back yard and patio with Weber grill, propane fire pit and outdoor dining table. Off street parking for 2 cars. STR-200234
