Pets Considered (1 Dog up to 40 lbs MAX Only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Great house in a wonderful location

I was really impressed with the overall house. The layout worked great for us. The bed in the Master Bedroom was incredibly comfortable. More often than not, this is sadly not the case. I have had to buy memory foam toppers only to leave them with the homeowners in other rentals to add some comfort to the bed. The pool was great. It was in full sun all day long. I really liked that, but my husband wished for some shade. They did have a large cantilever umbrella stand, but the actually umbrella cover was not there. They did have a smaller umbrella, but it was hard to get much shade from that. The neighborhood was wonderful, and everyone was extremely friendly. The beach was so close by, and basically secluded. I saw maybe 4 people the most on the most crowded day. The walkway to the beach was like a beautiful tunnel on tropical trees opening up to the most stunning beach. I would highly reccommend.

Wonderful! Except owner called pool maintenance people two days before our arrival and told him to NOT HEAT THE POOL as house not rented until 12 or 13. SO NO HEATED POOL for first 10 days of stay. Not sure where communications broke down. Good thing we were home when pool man came the second week and we talked to him about pool.

Great Location

Loved this rental. While there were a few issues of pool/outdoor lights not working & master shower needing a clorox scrub down to remove black mildew, it was a wonderful home! Comfy, quiet, laid back. Nice safe neighborhood, and lovely neighbors out walking dogs & all saying cheery hellos. Close to 2 beach access points, and a close drive to Bailey's Market and the rest of town. Check-in was a breeze. We got in late at night & it was no problem picking up our keys & welcome info from the realty management. The new kitchen is wonderful! I have to say this is the best pool I have ever had with a VRBO rental. Large, heated and sun all day. You'd think in March a pool would be warm, but FL nights are still chilly, so I think we spent more time in the water than out. You simpky cannot beat floating & watching stars with a glass of wine in hand. Aaaahhhhh.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Pool and location.... the house needs some updating. Especially the master bathroom. The owner has begun the process in the kitchen and dressing area. Living room furniture could use some help.... the overstuffed recliner chairs were not comfortable and toooooo large for that room. Master Bedroom mattress should be replaced and firmer. They could remove some things to make more room overall. But, SBL Vacations was great in their attention and service. We had a good month vacation.
