The property was clean and secure. The location was very convenient to the river and two most attractions the area had to offer including Gruen hall. We were very comfortable and the accommodations met all our needs. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Interested.

It was a nice place to stay. But their refrigerator did not work, and a lot of our food especially frozen items we had to throw away. No accommodation was offered by the host for this issue. If we would have known about this, we would have chosen somewhere else to stay….

Enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect in every way and completely met all of our needs. Wish the complex would have had an elevator.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have a dog traveling with you. The apartment was clean, and well stocked. The place even had dog stations with free poop bags, and plenty of grass behind the buildings. We even went on walks in the neighborhood behind the complex. The hosts were VERY good with communication, and always replied to me speedy. I needed a late checkout because I was there for a volleyball tournament. They kept winning, and I needed to extend checkout a 2nd time. They were so accommodating. This place was in the perfect location for this tournament too. No school we played at was more than 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If I’m ever in New Braunfels again, I know where I will be staying.

Check in was a bit confusing but our stay was FANTASTIC!! Everything was clean and comfortable. The patio was nice in the mornings. The unit was close to the stairs and exit and that was nice with the dogs in and out easily.July in Texas is NOT the time to walk to dinner or a show, so we ended up using Uber because Google maps wanted to route us a mile walk away from Gruene Hall.

The apartment was very clean and pretty. Very conveniently located to Gruene Hall. The only issue we had was with the VRBO website kicking me out of my trip, giving me a panic attack. Got it resolved after call vrbo support.

Inside of apartment was great; very clean, great setup, all of the necessities. However, getting inside the apartment was terrible. The smell of dog poop from 1st floor was absolutely unbearable. I now realize I did not thoroughly read the description, so I was flustered about the amount of stairs. I believe letting others know it is on the 3rd floor would be good. We didn't understand how the walk to Gruene Hall is only 10 minutes without walking through a neighborhood without sidewalks.
