The cabin is very secluded in the lush greenery of southwestern Pennsylvania. This cozy cabin has a solid-wood interior and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Inside the cabin, you will find a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room, modern kitchen, master bedroom overlooking the forest, and a beautiful bathroom. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you watch the birds dance through the trees and perhaps get a glimpse of some of our wildlife! The A Place in the Pines offers the comforts of home some of which are: Private location, fully equipped kitchen, full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, blow dryer, washer & dryer. All towels and bed linens, TV/DVD player, stone gas-burning fireplace in living room also included. This unit also includes High Speed Internet with WIFI throughout the house. Quiet getaway

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Enjoyed the hottub. The trees provided just the right amount of shade. Would definitely consider returning on our next vacation!

Long weekend away

We loved the Place in the Pines. It was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. The hot tub and the pines were relaxing and the proximity to hiking trails was so convenient. We will likely re-book.

Lovely Getaway Spot

I stayed at a Place in the Pines for a short overnight trip with my husband and son. The house was smaller than expected and I was curious about how it could sleep 4 people with only one bedroom area (plus couch). However, it was a clean space, exactly what we needed and the hot tub and secluded outdoor space was perfect. I would definitely come back for a getaway with my husband, as it seems like the perfect place for a little couples weekend.
