Loved it! Quiet, relaxing neighborhood, everything was included to make the trip fun and worry free. Close to Otter Creek for fishing and boating. Loved the fire pit for a relaxing fire and roasting hot dogs and s'mores.
The Second Time we’ve stayed here!! Absolutely Love The Decor and the Yard is well groomed and beautiful!!
It makes visiting our family very rewarding!!
We were so pleasantly surprised at how lovely this home was furnished and decorated! The yard was beautiful and well kept as well. The kitchen had every kind of appliance you would ever need and it was well stocked with dishes.
This rental home was extremely comfortable and cozy. The property is well managed, maintained, and extremely clean. The area is really quiet and you could get in some serious relaxation time. This is the perfect spot to stay to explore the nearby parks and mountains.

Very Spacious and Clean!
We would definitely recommend this place. It was very clean and updated. The full-size washer and dryer were a bonus. The yard was nice and the location was quaint and quiet. Definitely worth five stars!
Google did not recognize the address we were given for the property. Though we put in the City of Kingston, we were directed to nearby Circleville. To get to the house we needed to put in the street address, and the other nearby city of Junction. Beautiful house and yard. Master bathroom door is a loosely fitting hanging door, with no latch, so if you need privacy from your spouse/roommate you might be uncomfortable.Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Minor issues with the fridge/freezer being a bit warm and the ice maker quitting part way through the week.I've noticed comments about the flies, there were a couple, a fly swatter would have solved the problem. Also, neighbor in the back took offence at our fire in the fire pit. He was quite certain we were on the verge of burning down the neighborhood. (We weren't.)

Fishing trip
Refrigerator needed filter would not freeze . Smoke alarm hanging. Back door knob came off. Broken chair in dining room. No laundry soap bbq dirty and no propane. Home was nicely decorated and clean inside well stocked with appliances and basic pantry items. Lots of clean fresh towels and bedding yet extras poorly stored in closet. Rental price reasonable.Hot and cold water lines in guest bathroom were reversed. Home had a for sale sign in front so traffic stopping on gravel out front was annoying. All problems were quick easy fixes but the property lacked attention to detail.
This was the most disappointing property we have taken in over 50 rentals, and the first time we have raised a complaint.
Dozens of flies (alive and dead) filled the property daily, despite spraying.
The remote to work the master bedroom ceiling light and fan did not work. Bedside lamps could not reach the wall plugs, clods of tangled hair and dust were on the kitchen floor, dust on skirting boards, and rubbish in the garden firepit (with cracked chairs surrounding it). The oven had tin foil liner which was burnt and flaking, landing on cooking food. The ‘arrivals letter’ had redundant telephone numbers or were constantly ‘temporarily unavailable’. Bathroom sinks could not be filled as the plunger mechanism was broken.
For our last two nights, neighbours working in the rec-room/ workshop, 20 yards from the bedroom window, revved car engines at 1am, and had loud throbbing music, plus a gathering of people and barking dogs.
We wasted more than a day of our 5-day break in Kingston trying to get through to the owner, and to the managing agents. The owner was dismissive of our issues, sending her cleaner to give us some (useless) fly papers and promising to get a new battery for the remote (which didn’t happen).
Even lesser things, such as finding no coffee when we arrived, nor the ‘treats’ referred to in the ‘arrivals letter’ indicate a lack of attention to small but important details.
We took photographic evidence of all our issues which we relayed to the agents.
Our family stayed here during our recent vacation to Utah to visit the five national parks. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorayed and was conviently located for our travels. The views around the house are beautiful. We would highly recommend.
We absolutely loved staying here! We came for Razor rides and fishing at Manning Lake. The house was so comforting to come back to. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. the decorating was perfect Not one thing wrong! We are now wanting to plan a family trip with our kids and stay here again. You wont be disappointed!
Ww really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a beautiful. , modern , and very comfortable home. It had everything we needed to have a quiet and relaxing stay. It came with very comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen.
Everything about our stay here was positive. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very complete and well stocked. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this place.
Nothing to complain about…Really enjoyed our
stay there...One of the cleanest and nicest
vacation rentals I have stayed at in the Utah area..
Will definitely be back next year..
The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The mattresses and linens were super comfy! The owner was really easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
I’ve stayed at this property several times without issue and very much enjoyed it. It’s a nice spot to stay while fishing and provides a launch point the the national parks. During our recent stay the place was infested with flies. I would speculate that something died inside the wall. Everyday throughout our stay an ungodly amount of flies covered the eastern outer wall of the house, our car as well as the patio table. It was not pleasant. When opening the door flies would then get into the house making it unbearable. I contacted the owner and was told because of the rains and crops there was an influx of flies. I did a lot of fishing and visiting the small stores in the area throughout my time there, and never saw the unusual amount of flies present at the house. The owner also said she would come the next day and place fly traps but never did.
All in all, our stay was not great. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again until I am certain the fly issue has been taken care of.

Cozy, well decorated and clean
A really beautiful house in the middle of nowhere :)
Everything was great, just be aware that you'll need to pick up groceries before you settle in because there's really nothing close including restaurants.
That said, the house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Otter Creek is less than 20 minutes away and Bryce is about 60 minutes.
My Father, step Mother & I had a great stay in Camille’s Kingston home. Decoration is homey, beds comfy, house / property is clean and more stocked with supplies than I’ve ever experienced! Great central location for Utah’s canyons & Lakes. Highly recommend!
