Family of 5 stayed here for extended weekend. Cabin was beautiful, pictures are accurate online. Location was perfect, away from the main strip to provide amazing views, but definitely close enough to get to everything with a short drive. Cabin had all the amenities we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend. n had eveverything we needed

Our family of five stayed there for 5 days on spring break. Plenty of room, very comfy. Overall very clean. Great view from balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy.Highly recommend!
A great variety of things to keep every entertained. Pieces to the blender were missing. They brought us a new one the next day. If you are cooking, skillets aren't non-stick so take oil or butter to coat them
We rented this cabin for 6 adults for my husbands 45th birthday. We were close enough to all the Gatlinburg fun, but house isolated with privacy. Overall a very good stays. We got in late the first night and did run into 2 issues. The fire pit did not have propane and the hot water was not getting hot. I immediately messaged guest services who responded quickly and had someone out the next day. Here is where James, from maintenance came in. Yes we had a great time. I have to highlight how pleasant James the maintenance worker was. Great personality and helpful. Not use to that from maintenance workers. he apologized and took care of issues. Couple things to consider 1. Be mindful about f the bears and follow the guidance. We did see 2 while there. 2. The roads are narrow, getting up the mountain. My husband has large truck and let say I spent the drive up with my head out the passenger window guiding. I would recommend this cabin.
