Perfect location for day trips in different directions. The house is beautiful and very clean. While nestled in the woods it is a short drive to town. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend

Secluded, neat getaway.

The house was very clean and organized. Simple and neat. It took a little while for the house to heat up when we got there, but after that it was quite comfortable.

The perfect stay!

My husband and I were in town for work and found this little hidden gem 5 minutes away. The location was great. Very secluded and quiet, you could just faintly hear the hum of the interstate at night.The house itself is either a new build or modular home. Very clean, very airy and spacious. Water pressure and shower temp was ok.The bed, bedding and pillows in the primary were VERY comfortable. Communication was great, they let us check in a little early bc we got into town early so that was much appreciated.Overall the value was great, the location was perfect and it was an excellent stay. We hope to stay there again when we’re in the area again.

Newly built house near French Creek State Park

Clean, modern, new house and nicely decorated. Tucked in the woods, but near Morgantown. Peaked window in living room leaves nice light into room and views of trees. Well stocked kitchen. Close to hiking in French Creek State Park and nearby restaurants. Wi-Fi was not yet hooked up. Needs a little attention to construction cleanup – saw dust on top of the refrigerator. Highly recommended.

My husband & I stayed here 4 nights. Overall, it was very nice for a limited stay. The house is set down a hill from the owners house & main road. We were greeted with some cookies and the house was very clean. The outside has a patio off the living room with table & chairs along with a small fire pit. Important Note: when leaving the house, be sure to stop directly at the owners house as it is right next to the main road. We were caught off guard the first time leaving because the driveway of the neighbor house across the street gave the illusion we were still on our driveway and we almost drove right into the road! The property is on a quiet road.The house is set in a peaceful area away from everyone. However, if you open the windows to the house you can hear the traffic on I-76. The bedroom is a very large 'loft'. The king-size bed is exceptionally comfortable. The room also has a set of bunk beds. This room does not have a door. It overlooks a railing to the stairs. It may not be the safest choice for very young children. The kitchen is set with basic needs. Our mornings were very relaxed and we made use of the Auto-drip coffee maker. A negative for me is that the kitchen doors have no shades etc for privacy. I was uncomfortable at night. The bathroom is small considering how large the adjacent living room is. It contained a pedestal sink without a vanity therefore you had limited space to put anything. We used the windowsill in the living room to hold our toiletries. :)

Laundry service was perfect kitchen was beautiful everything was very clean. A very relaxing and peaceful stay. And also the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever experienced. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

A beautiful little cottage in the scenic, rolling hills of Lancaster county. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to messages, and graciously allowed an early check in for me. The house is tucked back in the trees and feels very private. There is some noise from the nearby PA turnpike, but it isn't overwhelming. I loved all the windows in the home, and the lovely view of trees and nature on all sides. The whole area is beautiful, and there is so much to explore and do!

Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow , door lock was a little fun to play with to get into the place but aside from that no issues with check in. Overall place is super clean , there were cookies upon arrival. Place had great WiFi, board games , and a smart Tv. kitchen had everything you could need (tea kettle, coffee pot , microwave, oven/stove , fridge and freezer ) and the washer/ dryer were available with detergent. Would definitely stay again if I were to go back .

Beyond expectations

The property is well decorated clean and without any clutter . Very quiet and private in lovely surroundings but within easy reach of town and interstate access. Found the whole experience a complete treat and above my expectations. Would stay again …Excellent 5 plus stars .

Wonderful rental

This is well kept and spacious! Our host thought of everything! It is on a quiet road and yet it is minutes from the turnpike or route 23. It was very quiet at night and very clean! We would definitely come back….beautiful view from every window.
