Overall the property completely met our expectations and the photos accurately represented the property. The beach access is very close, probably 10 houses down and about a 5 min walk via the HOAs private beach access which is a nice perk because this part of the beach is a lot less busy than the public access points just down the street. I would rent this house and through Echelon again.
