It includes a one car private garage with electric door opener and lots of storage and a gorgeous interior courtyard. Located in one of the Pearl's favorite buildings - The Pearl Lofts. This secure building is one of the few 2 story buildings left in the Pearl which means no elevator (bonus). The loft is on the 2nd floor and faces the Irving Street Park Blocks perfectly located between the Streetcar lines and all the Pearl hot spots. AC, forced air heat, washer & dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso, high speed WiFi, smart TVs with all the premium channels and loads of natural light. Long term or short term stays are welcome.

Awesome location!

Stephanie’s place was super clean and very easy to find. The location can’t be beat if you’re looking to stay in the Pearl District. Definitely roomy — we had 4 people and could have had a nice group there!
