Great place for our extended family of three couples and a single adult and two toddlers. Awesome location right outside of town right in the river. This is our second year here and the hang is already talking about next year.

Overall it was amazing. Great location close to town. Beautiful rooms and view. Really the only downside was access to the river. It was very steep and rocky. If you can manage to get down there the river was beautiful. But I would recommend caution in attempting it. The game room had everything you could want and they even had many bicycles available for the family. We had a lot of fun.

This was the most amazing vacation rental we have stayed in! A quick (like 5 min) drive to downtown Leavenworth. The hot tub overlooking the river was amazing, and the house was so comfortable for our group of 8 adults and one tween. Everyone raved about how nice it was, and we loved our stay.
