The cabin is absolutely charming! It feels so cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it's conveniently located near Cherry Springs State Park and Wellsboro. We’re really looking forward to visiting again soon!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and comfortable cabin. The host was welcoming with really clear communication. Our favorite part was sitting around the fire pit and stargazing. It was a memorable experience!

What a lovely log cabin. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great location with only a short ride to the Parks. Josh is a wonderful, responsive host. We came to see stars and the sky did not disappoint.Great place for a laidback vacation.

My first experience with Vrbo! I rented this cabin for my parents, and myself. My dad is a home body and country boy, who doesn’t like to go places and definitely not without his dog. My parents celebrated their 52nd anniversary! They honeymooned in Grand Canyon, PA. I surprised them with a trip down memory lane. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin, simple yet elegant! The pictures were exactly what we were expecting. It was close to everything yet tucked away from it all! Peace and Quiet, with the comforts of home, and camping. We went to several state parks, the Lumber Museum and took a wagon ride! My parents kept saying how nice it was! Rex loved it too…. (The dog). It was better than staying in a motel and definitely better than the local campgrounds. Would love to stay here again. It was easy to rent, and the communication and concern for our stay was wonderful and greatly appreciated! Thank you so much Josh!

Josh was an outstanding host — very responsive before and during our stay and clearly thoughtful about every detail. The cabin was well stocked, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a cozy winter getaway.The wood-burning fireplace made the space extra warm and inviting, and we loved being able to stargaze right from the backyard under clear skies. We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable.Highly recommend!

Loved our weekend stay at the Dark Sky Escape. Cabin is cozy yet spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for.

Exactly what my wife and I were looking for; a getaway where time wasn’t an issue. We star gazed at Cherry Springs and from the side yard. Elk are just an hours ride away and this time of year they never disappoint.

My wife was very much appreciative of all the comforts and considerations. The sky cooperated and I got a photo of M51-The Whirlpool Galaxy 31 million ly distant. Returning home with a refreshed perspective!

Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stick for all your cooking needs. Because of the area the house is in it would be advisable to stay in and cook your dinner meals. We spent all three nights with a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed our home cooked dinner. The owner has thought of everything that you will need for your stay. Communication with the owner before arriving and during our stay was excellent. We will book this cabin for any future visits to this area.
