Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
We hope you have a wonderful stay. Checkout is at 10:00 A.M. on the date of departure. Please be respectful as we need to prepare the property. Note: The late check-out fee will be added if needed.
2. Leave all used towels and bedding on the floor in the kitchen. 3. Please take all the trash to the garbage can (black lid) and place on the curb. Container located to the left side of the house.
8. All remotes should be left near the tv's in each room ($75 per remote). 9. Please leave the property neat and orderly to avoid ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES. Please have a safe trip back home!!! Thanks!
