- Guests are required to sign a Penthouse Guest Agreement before
checking in. This will be an E-Sign document sent to your email box. Once signed you will receive
entry Codes to the STL City Penthouse via email.
-The rooftop pool is open seasonally.
-The rooftop deck is subject to closure during inclement weather.
-There is a secured access attached garage under the building for free parking that has direct access to the penthouse.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
