Great beach cottage.

Great comfortable cottage. Everything needed is provided for a beach stay. Kitchen bedrooms all excellent!! 10 minute walk to beach. Easy check in with coded lock. No fumbling with keys.

Great time. House is absolutely wonderful. Lots of little things like soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, spices to cook with were provided. Beach chairs and umbrella were available. The kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking supplies too. It's the most perfect house for a summer vacation!

The clean and comfortable home was a great layout for multi-generations traveling together. My spouse and I took the ground floor bedroom and our adult daughter and guest were in the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed including a large dining table to enjoy breakfast together. The home came with two QEBA (Quonochontaug- East Private Beach) car passes. We drove the few minutes to the beach with all our gear, and we also walked through the beautiful and quiet neighborhood to the beach for some sunrises and sunsets. Convenient location for a day trip to Block Island too, and on the one rainy day we visited the trolls in nearby Ninigret Park and shopped at the Umbrella Factory. Hoping to book another family vacation here again!
