Inside is your bright and clean living space. 2 king beds and 2 twins in the bedrooms. Updated bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Complete with new washer and dryer. Can fit 3 cars. Family friendly. Pets welcome! Situated just outside downtown Naples beaches with a 7 min drive to the shore line. Minutes from 5th Ave!

Please leave the lanai side door OPEN so our pool and pest team can have access
Please push both garbage and recycling cans to the street before leaving.

Great place - family friendly

Great place! It’s well furnished. Good neighborhood. Close to a lot of things or an easy drive downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet backyard.The house was as pictured. In town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Owner was very responsive. The lanai was a perfect place to hang out.

We have been coming to Naples for years and this neighborhood is situated close to downtown. This allows guests to take advantage of the miles of sandy beaches and historic 5th avenue.

What makes this property unique

Our property offers a large outdoor lanai with a heated pool and bar area. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable beds and ample space to relax and enjoy all southwest Florida has to offer. You are a short drive away from 5th avenues dining and shopping.
