The Space:



Tucked away in a peaceful forest setting, Cozy Cabiñita is a welcoming retreat with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you`re sipping your morning coffee on the porch, curling up with a good book by the wood burning fireplace, or enjoying a glass of wine by the firepit under the stores, this cozy cabin offers the perfect spot to relax, reset, and enjoy nature at its finest.

**Bedrooms: A comfortable king-sized bed downstairs, queen bed and two full-sized beds upstairs

**Living Area: A charming space to relax, complete with cozy seating and a fireplace to keep things warm and inviting.

**Kitchen: Fully equipped for family meals and snacks with everything you need to feel at home.

**Bathrooms: Oversized downstairs bathroom with a large jetted tub and access to the back deck. Upstairs full bathroom with shower stall and toilet in separate, private spaces.

**Outdoor Space: A private deck perfect for stargazing, a firepit area for evening s`mores, and a hammock for the ultimate relaxation spot

**30-minute scenic drive to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Pinecrest Lake, Leland Snow Park, and the Long Barn Ice Skating Rink



Guest Access:



Guests have full access to the cabin and its surrounding property, including firepit, deck and private driveway parking.



Other things to note:



Don`t forget to bring all your logins and passwords for television streaming services.



We provide Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your hygiene needs. Dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels are also some basic necessities that are provided. Anymore beyond what we supply you will need to bring your own.



Nature Immersion:



Our cabin is on a monthly program to prevent insects. However, remember that you are in a cabin in the mountains. It is not possible to keep 100% of insects out all the time. No refunds or discounts will be given for insects found in our cabin. Please keep doors closed to prevent wild animals and insects from getting in.



It is not uncommon to see local wildlife, including bears. While these creatures are generally shy and avoid human interaction, we ask that you remain cautious and respectful of their space.



We want to ensure that your stay at Cozy Cabiñita is smooth and worry-free. While we hope that everything goes according to plan, unexpected situation can arise, such as travel delays, illness, or changes in plans. For your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. We encourage you to check with your preferred insurance provider or consider options available on your booking channel. While not required, it`s a great way to protect your travel investment and ensure you can enjoy your getaway without stress.



Sometimes items are left behind. We`re happy to help return any forgotten items, however please note that there will be a $20 handling fee for retrieving and processing your lost items in addition to the cost of shipping. If you prefer, you can arrange to pick up your items directly for a $20 pick-up fee. Thank you for your understanding!



Overall the home comfortably sleeps 8. Additional guests are subject to approval and additional fees. Please message us for details.



We do offer a family-sized propane BBQ, however we do not supply propane. Guests can refill the provided propane tank at the local Mi-Wuk market which is a short two-minute drive.



During extreme winter conditions four wheel drive and/or chains may be needed for travel.



Due to the unpredictable California fire season, we do not offer refunds due to smoke in the area.



Property Insurance Disclosure

To ensure a safe and worry-free stay, this property is covered by Safely Insurance. This provides coverage for accidental damage to the property during your stay.



A mandatory insurance fee of $10 per day will be added to your booking total. This fee protects you and the property, offering peace of mind while you enjoy your stay.
