Do Not Sit, Stand, or Lie on Hot Tub Cover (you will be charged a replacement fee of $500 if damaged)

**Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hrs of booking to complete the reservation process.

**Host reserves the right to request verification of identity.

**A $200 security deposit is required and will be collected separately before check-in. This will be collected via credit card "hold" 3 days prior to check-in. The credit card hold will be released 3 days after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items. Details and payment instructions will be shared after booking.

A/C must stay at 68°F or higher to prevent system freeze

Cabin is on a septic system – please dispose of grease/food in trash. Please do not flush makeup/baby wipes and/or feminine products down the toilet.

You may see local wildlife (including bears!) — please do not feed them

Routine pest control is maintained; however, our cabin is located on a running and flowing creek. You may, at times, encounter some uninvited critters but this is just nature.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Wash, dry and put away all dishes. 2) Upon checking out, please put all trash in appropriate containers. 3) Ensure hot tub is covered. 4) Place all used towels in the main bathtub.
5) PLEASE DO NOT strip the linens from the beds.  Housekeeping will take care of this. 6) Turn off all lights and lock doors and windows.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking, No pets, Guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve. Cabin can only accommodate the number of guests listed for the cabin.
