Gulf access waterfront. Heated pool and spa. Downtown Naples location. Hip, modern style. It doesn't get much better than Harbor Lane Bungalow for a visit to Naples! Set on a gulf access canal just 5 minutes from 5th Ave S, the location is super convenient for boating, beaching and exploring the restaurants and shops of historic Olde Naples. The backyard offers a heated pool, hot tub and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the sunny waterfront view. Come by boat! The lift is available for your use and just a few minute boat ride gets you to Tin City and Bayfront's restaurants. Inside, the house has been renovated with modern finishes and hip, stylish accents. Three bedrooms sleep up six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath with a glass enclosed shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The main living area is perfect for cocktail hour while the den/sun room overlooking the pool has a comfy sectional couch for relaxing and watching TV. A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located off the carport. PETS: Dogs will be considered and are permitted only with specific approval. Pet fees will apply. Please provide the breed and age of your dog with your inquiry for consideration.

You just do not feel like you are at someone else's house and that is a plus. The southern exposure pool is a huge benefit as you get sun all day long and great breezes off the channel. The boat rental place across the channel provides a lot of entertainment with no noise. This place is just terrific and we have always like this end of Naples, close to 5th Avenue. Thanks for the great week!

Cozy house

The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. When we rented, the pictures of the canal view had not been updated. The view just showed mangroves. There is now a boat club across the canal and a large condo building. The boat club was not an issue. They were quiet and had reasonable hours of operation. The biggest problem we had was that the owner was strict about the maximum temperatures for the pool and hot tub. In order not to overwork the heater they will only heat the pool to 82 degrees and the hot tub to 99 degrees. When the pool temperature read 82 degrees, it was only in the mid to high 70s when we checked it with a thermometer. I was the only one of the six of us who would brave the pool due to the temperature. The dock could use repair. The boards were very squishy in places. We also had 1 day, when the tide was very low, that it was too shallow in the canal to lower the boat into the water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great rental, and we had a wonderful time staying in this home. It's close to downtown, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The couple times we had to contact management during our three weeks, they responded immediately and fixed the issue. My only suggestion would be to get a skimmer so the guests can clean the pool the days the pool company is not there. Will definitely rent this home again as it was perfect.
