The guiding principal is, please treat our house with respect as you would your own place of residence. Check-In Time: 4 PM Check-Out Time: 10 AM Late Check out Fees: $50 per 30 mins *All guests are required to provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.* 1) No smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1,000 fee. Please note all rooms and hallways are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detector for our guests safety. 2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. 3)No outdoor shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. 4) Missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 5) Excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay. 6) Quiet Hours: 10 PM-7 AM 7) Any unauthorized guests are subject to additional charges. A guest is defined as someone enjoying the amenities of the property for a min of 2hrs. Please ensure correct number of guests are noted at time of booking. Only guests on the reservation should be on the property. MAX 12 people at one time unless preapproved by the host. 8) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 9) By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injury, illness of the renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions. 10) Cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathroom, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be charged at an hourly rate. *Long term/Mid term bookings please contact me directly to discuss. *We provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home and in the garage.
