Enjoy your stay at this 2-bedroom house in Ballwin. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a hair dryer for your convenience. Relax in the living room with a sofa bed for additional space. This super safe property offers heating, WiFi, and AC to ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy the back deck, overlooking the shaded yard. There is a small BBQ area near the covered car port. We think our place will help you experience everything West St.Louis County has to offer…ski resort, hiking trails, local parks, hiking & restaurants. Note: the lower unit of this home is also occasionally rented as a short-term rental. No shared spaces & no access between the two units.
