The Space:

High Tide is the upper unit of Twin Tides, thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed coastal living.



Inside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sleeping space for up to 6 guests. The Deep End bedroom features a king bed, while Wave Rider offers a queen bed. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, giving guests extra privacy and making this stay ideal for couples traveling together, families, or small groups.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, with a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional guests. After a day at South Beach, it’s the perfect place to cool off, watch a movie, or settle in for a slower evening. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and the essentials needed for easy meals, snacks, beach-day prep, and coffee before heading out.



One of High Tide’s standout features is the screened-in porch with gas firepit. It gives you that coastal-air feeling without having to fight the bugs for your coffee. Use it for slow mornings, evening cocktails, reading, or just doing absolutely nothing — which, frankly, is an underrated vacation activity.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire upper unit, screened-in porch, garage parking, and shared outdoor amenities including the BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating.



Please note: High Tide is the upper unit of Twin Tides. The lower unit, Low Tide, may be occupied during your stay, so guests may notice normal activity from other travelers on the property.

Parking is available at the property, offering convenient access for your stay. For those arriving by air, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. Local taxi services and ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft are available for getting around the island and to nearby Savannah. Starter supplies may be provided, but guests should plan to bring or purchase additional items for longer stays, including toiletries, paper products, beach towels, sunscreen, and any preferred beach gear.



Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
