Welcome to our modern beach house located in the quiet and safe town of Silver Strand just steps from the sand and surf! Our 2nd home, and favorite getaway, offers a beautiful open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms- perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Elegantly designed with beautiful white oak floors, crisp white walls, and modern accents. The upstairs master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom upstairs offers the flexibility of a king-sized bed and 2 bunk beds with a walk-in closet. Downstairs offers a 2nd Master bedroom with a king-sized bed. This space is designed to feel like a private suite. An adjoining den and workspace provide the perfect environment for those on a working vacation or who would like additional lounging space. Catch a glimpse of the sunset from our rooftop deck while enjoying one of your favorite beverages.

The garage is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and surrounding town. There are beach chairs and towels, surfboards, bodyboards, sand toys, and Spike Ball! Six beach-cruiser bicycles are also available for you to enjoy at your leisure.

The house sleeps 8 comfortably.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. The home was beautiful and very clean. We liked all the beach items including chairs, towels and umbrellas. The ping pong table was a nice addition. We would definitely recommend and hope to come up again in the future. Thank you for a relaxing beach weekend.

The perfect family beach getaway! The house is half a block from the ocean. There are boogie boards, soft top surfboards, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to cart it all out there. We loved biking around the neighborhood and playing ping pong in the garage. The beds were comfortable and the place was beautifully designed. Melissa was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had. I feel like this will need to be our new annual vacation spot!

Wonderful start for 2025

My family and I recently stayed at this beach house for 3 days 2 nights, checked in on the 2nd and checked out on the 4th to welcome the new year, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The overall vibe of the house was relaxing and welcoming, making it an ideal place to unwind. I highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

A Lovely Stay with a Lovely Host

We stayed at this property over the President's Day weekend for a Bachelorette Party. This home was not only very clean and had quite a few amenities, but it was also very close to the ocean. We had a lovely time having cocktail hour on the rooftop, cooking meals in the kitchen and watching movies on the SmartTV in the living room. It was the perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend! The host was EXTREMELY responsive before and during booking. She was able to quickly provide us with replacement batteries for some of the fan remotes and was very understanding of a scheduling issue I made when booking. I would highly recommend this property to others and had such a lovely stay!

Great spacious house, very close to the beach

Overall everything was delightful, the only issues were we had some ants in the living room, we both got a bit itchy thinking maybe it was sheets, and there was no body wash in the showers. The itchiness could have been a sensitivity to detergent but we just weren’t sure and made us anxious about bugs. But the house is lovely, lots of great recreational things in the garage, huge plus.
