We had an amazing stay in this unit! Fantastic accommodations and a super convenient location. We had a convenience store right across the street that we could walk to every morning. A cafe on property for lunch. A bar for lounging in the sun and sipping on a cold drink. I literally can’t think of one suggestion for improvement! It was a 5 star experience! Thank you so much!!!

Great location on a low key beach and near charming pier and beach front restaurants and shops. The pool and bar area was a plus as well as the Cafe. Very easy beach access with lots of beach accessories available. The host was amazing and helpful! The place was clean with a good view of the ocean.

This place was great! Had an amazing view (room 312S) Lisa and Garth were great with communication, anything needed it was taken care of immediately! Very quick to respond! The unit us beautiful, showers had great water pressure, beds are comfortable, had a hidabed! The kitchen had everything needed! Some beach stuff was there too so no need to buy any. Very safe area, Publix nearby, ice cream place right next door, convenient store across the street. Johns pass right down the road, tons of souvenir shops everywhere! VIP Mexican restaurant is awesome, must go to and its 3 minutes south. We will be back! Thank you Lisa and Garth!!

We had an amazing time, the host was easy to communicate with.Pull-out couch bed was not good at all, bring a blow up mattress if you need a 3rd bed. Outside of the couch bed every thing was absolutely amazing all supplies needed were provided.The trolley system was great to get around town with. One of the best beaches around

Amazing vacation with my crew! Loved being right on the beach and the location near John’s Pass was awesome! Loved my morning walks to Llama Java Cafe! We also rented waverunners and did the pirate ship cruise over at John’s Pass!

We are sorry but we do not give in to professional malcontents who try to scam owners out of their legitimate fees if they don't get a refund. There is no issue in the unit with the hot water, if it works in one place - it works everywhere. We just checked it; there is nothing wrong. Moreover, no other guests have had an issue with it. There is also nothing wrong with the stove. However, based on the next guest's report we did have the microwave replaced - if you had told us while you were there that there was an issue with it we would have replaced it while you were there (as we did for the next guests) - but you never contacted us about this issue or any of the other issues your raised in the review. There are bathrooms/changing rooms for both pools up one flight of stairs which is mandated by local zoning laws. The resort is not allowed to place bathrooms on the ground level due to concerns about flooding and septic waste if there is a hurricane (as there was last year). We have been owners and renters at the resort for 15 years and this is the first complaint we've ever had regarding the bathrooms for the pools. The deck chairs are $1000.00 polywood adirondack chairs which are nearly indestructible - so again we don't understand what your issue is.
