We truly appreciate your note about the scent and the location. We’re always working to fine-tune both the listing accuracy and guest experience, and your feedback helps tremendously. This review skips over the real reason the stay ended. The guest showed up with a lot of alcohol and was clearly very intoxicated on the first night. His behavior was loud, disruptive, and made others around the property uncomfortable. We made the decision to end the reservation early. He didn’t leave by choice — he was asked to go. The unit is exactly as listed. It’s cleaned before every stay and matches the photos. Reviews like this usually come from guests who are upset about being held accountable, not from genuine issues with the space.

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on offering the best service and ensuring every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our listing is always accurate, and we work hard to provide clear communication before, during, and after each booking. It’s disappointing to hear any concerns weren’t addressed during your stay, as we’re always available to resolve issues immediately. The property is regularly maintained to high standards, and we’ve received consistent praise from past guests for cleanliness, safety, and comfort. We’re thrilled you still enjoyed your trip, and we hope to host you again to provide an even better experience. Thank you for choosing us!
