Come check out this completely rebuilt and freshly furnished 2 bedroom beauty, Loggerhead Cay #403, located within just a few steps to the sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico! One step through the door you'll be in beachside heaven! This unique top floor, corner end unit boasts vaulted, beamed ceilings and tons of natural light! Recently rebuilt with all wood flooring, bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms, and furnished to perfection with a calming beach style twist. Location can't be beat with easy access on and off island great for avoiding in-season traffic and even better for being close to the miles of island wide bike paths close to many shopping, restaurants, and public beaches! Don't miss your little slice of Sanibel paradise!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Excellent Vacation Location

Our condo at Loggerhead is an excellent unit for a couple or small family. The condo was well equipped and in a great location as an end unit with no one above us. Nicely furnished with all we needed for an enjoyable vacation.

Sanibel getaway

Sanibel

As with all the properties in the area recovering from the hurricanes, it shows mostly at Loggerhead Cay in the landscape and club house. But, the condo we were in had been recently updated and was beautiful! It was clean, well organized, spacious, close to the beach with everything you need, and had a comfortable king bed. The pool was warm and crystal clear! We had excellent communication with the property managers. We would definitely stay here again!

The place worked great, bed 2 and bath can be closed off to be separate suite and master bed is huge with great natural light. Furnishings are tastefully done and new which gives you a good clean feeling. Access to beach, pool and gas grills is great so really no complaints.

Booking, check in and check out were a breeze and the rental agency was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The condo complex is quiet and provides easy access to the beach. The unit was equipped with all the necessities and was in an ideal location to enjoy the beach, pool, or relaxing on the lanai. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately it never arrived the week we were there. We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t any condiments and water stocked in the fridge. I am used to staying at Airbnb’s where that’s provided for you. Everything was clean the place was nice and the people were friendly.

As for the condiments and water, that is not something vacation rental companies stock in every property as that would be such a huge expense that we would incur for EVERY guest! Communication with SBL vacations was smooth through the whole process.My only concern would be for the building, not our condo specifically - when it rains, it gets VERY slick in the corridors. We had 3 different instances of people in our family of 4 falling because it was so slick. Be careful!

Vacation Review

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodations were as pictured and described. The property was very clean! We had everything we needed to have a wonderful relaxing week! I would have rated it 5 stars overall but we had trouble entering the property at 8 pm upon arrival, a neighbor had to help us get in the door. Unfortunately we got locked out of the condo the next morning because the lock was broken. It took 3 hours to replace the lock the next morning. The Property Managers were excellent managing the situation and gave us a gift card for our troubles. Unfortunately we would have preferred and requested to have a late check on the back end to compensate for time we lost the first morning but the owners declined since they were arriving at 1pm. The declined request to stay until 12 pm vs 10 am since we had a late flight was a bummer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit before, so you know it is okay. However, as we age we find all the beds could use better mattresses and all the covers could be cleaner (not the sheets), the duvet covers and quilts. There is no way for us to wash them in the tiny but otherwise adequate washer/dryer. Also, we could use one comfortable chair with leg lift for our disabled person. We use folding chairs to supplement. Kitchen needs better knives and small wine glasses. TY is barely adequate. Our kids units had better equipment.

Skeptical at first as the pictures looked a too good to be true, but everything was exactly as pictured (better). The unit was clean, completely updated, had everything we needed, and comfortable. By Day 2, we decided we'd be coming back to this very unit again. The location is outstanding and less than 10 minutes from just about everything (except Captiva, which is about 25 min away). The beach is a 2 minute walk past the pool and there's a closet full of everything you could need (we even left some nice shelling nets for the next guest!) Management company was outstanding to deal with. We had no problems at all, but Anne reached out to us a few times just to check in and make sure things were going well. The communication and process was seamless. We'll definitely be returning and using this company again.I honestly couldn't recommend this unit or the management company more. A+

Restful time at Loggerhead Cay

The time at the condo 403 Loggerhead Cay was restful and very enjoyable. The condo was very nice and was as listed. The beach is right there and you are just a short drive from local restaurants we enjoyed.

Fantastic experience

We were on a flight to Miami and found out our cruise was canceled. We scrambled to find a rental car and checked Vrbo for a beachfront propitious ensure our vacation wasn’t ruined. We have never been to Sanibel and the condo and location gave us an experience much better than we could of expected. Sanibel is so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The shells found on the beach were unbelievable. The condo was clean, up to date, equipped with everything we could ever imagine. Absolutely wonderful experience. Not a single complaint.

A Little Bit of Paradise
