The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and has all the amenities and supplies that a large group will need. It’s spacious for a group of 13 to gather but provides secluded areas for privacy and relaxation. Nina was very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. We will definitely book again if we get the chance to come back to this island.

This was a great home to stay in with our family. Our teens loved the pool and hot tub - the women loved the kitchen and all the room to work in for meals. Everything was clean and easy to use. Loved this.

Pictures do not do this house justice. The house was spacious, spotless, and minimalist while still having everything you might need. There were 14 of us, and we never once felt crowded inside or out. Nina was a fantastic host. Kauai is such a gorgeous island and the Lagoon house made our trip all the more memorable. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

This property is awesome. The home is spacious and beautiful. We appreciated that everything was labeled, it was very helpful. Also the two washer/dryers were a huge convenience. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub spa. The architectural details and high end finishes are beautiful in this home. Our host Nina met our every need with quick responses..even letting us know where she purchases the chocolate covered macadamia nuts that were in the welcome basket. She was great. We hope to return again to this beautiful spot.

We had a lovely time at the Private Lagoon Pool and Jacuzzi Property! Our families enjoyed the beautiful home (which was even prettier in person). There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. This property is a gem! We would definitely go back!
