Thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, it provides everything you need to prepare meals with ease whether it’s a quick breakfast before the beach or a family dinner at home. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for six, making it perfect for gathering and sharing meals.

The open and inviting living area features comfortable seating and a Smart HDTV for entertainment, flowing seamlessly onto a private deck overlooking peaceful wooded and lagoon views. This outdoor space is ideal for enjoying morning coffee, unwinding after a day of activities, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings.

The villa offers two generously sized primary suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. One bathroom was fully renovated in 2026 and features a large tiled walk-in shower adorned with absolutely gorgeous Vita Bella polished porcelain tile, a true spa-like retreat. The second en-suite bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, offering flexibility and convenience.

Very mediocre experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh where to begin. Guest need to be aware they are staying in an apartment building. Paper thin walls - you will hear every noise all day and night. Neighbors had a dog that barked constantly. The bathrooms looked in poor shape and much of the interior looked dated. Not worth the price.

The photos are readily available for each property so that you are able to choose the décor and level of upgrade for each property. They are all individually owned and decorated, the choice is yours!

Not ready for occupancy. Not great tennis facilities.

The condo was not ready when we arrived. There were no towels and no sheets. Because it was after 6, we had to wait until the next day for towels and sheets. Once we got our bikes from the nicest guys at the nearby rental facility, vacation got a whole lot better. Biked everywhere we could. While the signs read that cars had the right of way, cars did stop for riders. The people at the tennis desk not super friendly and tennis courts not very well kept. Beach very nice and general store a great spot for morning coffee. It was nice to have a pool nearby too. Apartment clean and well-kept with convenient appliances like microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - awesome!

Loved this property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfectly located in Palmetto dunes. Well quipped kitchen. The only reason I did not give this property a 5 star rating is because the ends were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that we have zero complaints and would recommend this property.
