House was not ready on check in, house was filthy and did not looked like it had been cleaned very well. Stains all over the carpets from pets. Yard was not mowed. Huge hole in fence so dogs could escape. Host was very poor at responding and did nothing to help any of issues or complaints. We ended up leaving early after the AC quit working and the house was 85 degree and the host did nothing to help our situation. The rugs are peeling back and there are nails sticking out of the floor, the kitchen stove did nothing work correctly. Over all just a terrible stay. Would not recommend. House needs to be removed from VRBO for many reasons.

The property was not cleaned. There was human waste left in the toilet, no towels, linens, paper towels, or toilet paper. All the dirty linens were left on the bed, used. I could not get a hold of Tracie and had to leave the house without staying.

I strongly advise future travelers to avoid renting this property. Upon arrival on Fri evening around 7PM, it was immediately clear that the home had not been cleaned or prepared for guests in any acceptable manner.The condition of the property was completely unacceptable. The beds still had used sheets piled in balls on top of them, wet towels were left on the bathroom floor, dirty dishes were sitting in the kitchen sink, and trash was scattered underneath the dining room table. Most alarming of all, there was dog feces on the floor, along w/ what appeared to be stepped-on pink candy or food debris. The home had a strong odor of dogs and urine, and there were visible pee stains throughout the carpets. Even the toilet was visibly dirty upon our arrival.I immediately began attempting to contact the host that same evening. I sent text messages, emails, & placed phone calls repeatedly beginning Friday night. As of Mon afternoon at approx 2:30 PM, I still had not received a single response or acknowledgment from the host.Due to the unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions of the property, I was forced to pay for a hotel room & ultimately cut my trip short. This experience caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary expense, & completely disrupted what should have been an enjoyable stay.This level of neglect & lack of communication is entirely unacceptable for any rental property, especially one advertised for paying guests. I would absolutely not recommend this property!
