This is the perfect family and friends getaway with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a HUGE private HEATED pool that we keep at 85 degrees, even during winter months. The calm and quiet Iona area is a convenient location to enjoy multiple destinations: only 5 minutes to the all-natural Bunche Beach, 6 minutes to Sanibel causeway, 7 minutes to Fort Myers Beach bridge, 10 minutes to Cape Coral bridge, and 20 minutes to the lively downtown Ft Myers! Many local bars and restaurants are just a short drive or bike ride away!
