Great location with easy access to the beach, especially with included golf cart. The pool at the house is great. It took a while to be heated and connect to the rental manager but then was great thrithe week. Property was fairly clean, although some of the sheets were a bit stained and floors dirty, but altogether a good rental.

Phenomenal property in a wonderful gated community. Highly recommended and weeks stay here again. Clean, responsive when needed to contact Five Star Properties, has all the amenities, pool was great, golf cart and bicycles were a nice bonus 10/10 for sure

Northender. Quiet, gated neighborhood.

Multiple family/friends trip. Kids from 5-18. Big, spacious home, with a large back pool/sunning area. Rooms were quiet and there were plenty of balconies to enjoy the nice weather. Since it is a gated community, traffic is very light so we didn’t worry about kids playing toss outside. That was a big relief. Golf cart was great and used daily, as were the bikes! Property management company is great and responsive. AI would say for a home that is listed as sleeping 24 it is lacking a larger quantity of outdoor seating, has only single laundry facilities, and only one fridge/freezer combo, a drink fridge, and no pantry. We shopped daily to feed our crew. If it were my home I would change one of the king rooms to another bunk room, we had a couple little guys on couches and air mattresses.
