Outdoor Retreat: A private patio with seating, a barbecue grill, a private pool heated (upon request with an additional fee) for year-round enjoyment and a dock for a 24-ft boat with fishing amenities.
Enjoy ocean access via a deep-water canal, nearby snorkeling at Sombrero Reef, and rental options for kayaks and paddleboards.
This home is pet-friendly and has a $150 fee.
Note: Guest do not have access to use of the boat lift.
