Very nice house and location. Very strange though that the house on the beach had no beach chairs or towels. The master bedroom had four pillows but only two pillow cases. The kitchen didn’t have any dishwashing soap, nor dishwashing pods. The bathrooms all had just one roll of toilet paper and one towel per person. Outside these small annoyances the house was right on the beach. The pool was nice and it was close to many stores and restaurants

As a courtesy, we do provide a Welcome bag with the following “starter” items to hold you over until you are able to make a trip to the local grocery store. 1 roll Paper towels 1 roll (per bathroom) Toilet paper 1 (per bathroom) Mini bar soap 1 (per can) Trash can liner 1 Kitchen sponge 1 Mini dish soap 1 Single-use Dishwasher detergent . We picked the property as it was a ocean-front home. While the room was sufficient for all our party, the current state of the furniture and general look of the property needs an update. Pool was nice but the hot tub jets were not working properly and so were some bath tubs (slow draining etc). Our request for maintenance was not answered by the host.

Oceanfront House

This house was exactly what I was looking for when trying to book. I got this house for my groomsmen and their partner and almost everyone had their own room and we could've even fit more people. It was a great location to use for me to get ready for the wedding and great for pictures. There is a private walkway to the beach, a pool, and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a well-stocked, clean home. It has everything we could possibly need. It provided for a great family vacation with families coming from three states ... Sand castle building competition, white elephant bingo, family dinners and lots of board games were enjoyed here. Thank you for offering such a great home.

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. It could definitely use some updating. The shag carpet had sand spurs so you couldn't walk around bare footed. On a positive note the house had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Everyone had their own king bed and bathroom.

Family vacation 2023

Another family vacation in the books! The house was as advertised. A great beach location with plenty of room for the 15 adults. Several places to get away from the crowd or entertain the night owls. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub and some of us took a refreshing dip into the ocean. Well appointed kitchen. Main bedroom beds were comfortable but the bunk beds could use thicker mattresses. Plenty of parking for four+ vehicles.

The cleaners got there at 3:30, same time we did . They were done by 4, it was not clean . The ac upstairs quit working , the light in the kitchen flickers . The hose was over running water in the pool . There is nails sticking up on the boardwalk and my step mom cut her toe pretty bad. My husband had to clean out the condensation drain because the air handlers cut off . It was 80 degrees upstairs for 2 days . Had to fix the dishwasher next to the stove.

Home was nice but not as described.

Property was nice and location right on the beach was great but the home owners need to invest in some upkeep. Pictures online need to be updated to show accuracy of the home. Upon arrival four of the TV’s we’re missing or had non working Roku’s which led to us purchasing four at a nearby target so we were able to watch TV at night. Jetted bath tub in the 3 rd floor bedroom stopped working and smelled as if it had caught on fire. For the price of the home I felt as though it should have been in better condition. Be sure to bring towels if you have a large group as they don’t supply many. House is in a great location and offers lots of space but it definitely needs some upkeep. Didn’t expect I would need to purchase items so that we would have working televisions and the TV in the upstairs living room didn’t work at all.

We recently stayed at this beach house and, while we still had a wonderful family vacation, we won’t be returning to this property.The location is good, but unfortunately the home has not been well maintained and is in need of repairs & updates. The furniture is in poor shape. Several amenities that were advertised were not working. The washing machine was broken when we arrived, and after contacting property management, we were told someone would come that same day. No one showed up until three days later. The technician was unable to repair it and told us the vendor would be out later that day. Instead, we were told the same thing every day for the remainder of our stay, only to find out the day before we left that the repair wouldn’t happen until Monday—the day after we checked out. Spending a week at the beach without a working washer a major inconvenience.The ice maker and wine cooler were also broken. We reported both, but neither was repaired during our stay. Several TVs also were not working.The dunes had become so overgrown that you could barely see the beach from the house, which was a big letdown for a beachfront rental.To make matters worse, beach nourishment work was taking place directly in front of the property making it difficult to access the beach and having to carry beach items over a large pipeline with a temporary walkway. While the size of the home was great for our group, the home is in need of some work.

The property needs to be maintained better for the amount charged. Icemaker doesn’t work, wine cooler doesn’t work, top bunkbeds railings were broken, making them unsafe for small children which we had with us. Access to the beach was unacceptable with a very steep Hill to have to climb up. I am 70 with two knee replacements and a plate in 1 foot so I am compromised in strength and it made it very challenging and uncomfortable to try to access the beach. The walkway to the beach isn’t being maintained as far as keeping jagger bushes from encroaching it. We did like the access to restaurants and shops, it was conveniently located.

Prime Location

This house is very spacious, somewhat dated, but lots of room! Private pool, nice hot tub,, and walkway right to beach! Powder sand very very nice area. One disappointment was the cleaning company did not do a very good job and I did stop by Village Reality to let them know hoping we get refunded a portion of the cleaning fee … tbd. Village Reality did stop by and bring a new gas grill which was greatly appreciated. Overall enjoyed our stay! 😊

May 2018 Stay

House was set up well. Most of the screens needed replacement. Sliding door screens were really bad. Outside water was not on so no way to wash feet off beach. Kids floor toilet not very well anchored. Deck is a little tired.
