Trash goes in the box next to the garage. Please put trash bags in the box and rehook the bear prevention hook.
Please return any furniture that is moved to its originial placement.

Hard to say no to Lakefront on one of the largest lakes in the state. It's not only about the water; there are mountain views everywhere you look.
Relax and recharge at this peaceful lakefront home. Spectacular views from the great room and deck. Walking distance to the marina where you can rent boats, paddle boards, or hire a fishing guide. 20 minutes to beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park.
The living room has two couches or a recliner, and you can watch your favorite programs on the 55” smart TV. The main floor has an adorable full bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The dining area features an electric fireplace and is a perfect place for meals or playing games.
Country style kitchen with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. Gas cooktop with double oven. Microwave, toaster, Keurig, and toaster oven. Stacked washer/dryer. The main floor also has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV.
A short set of stairs leads down to a second family room, perfect for younger people: sleeper sofa and oversized sleeper chair with smart TV for gaming and a separate entrance door. Another set of stairs leads to the primary bedroom (King Bed) and 3/4 ensuite bath.
12 minutes to the town of Grand Lake. 15 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park to the north and the city of Granby to the south. 20 minutes to skiing at Granby Ranch.
So that you know, the water level of Lake Granby fluctuates throughout the year. It usually is low in the winter and spring and fills during snow melt. It has been full from mid-June through September for the past 10 years. When full, the lake water is 50 feet from the back deck. When the lake level is low, it will be further away from the cabin. Please reach out to the owner before booking if you have any questions about this.
