We came to Fredericksburg to celebrate my birthday with a girls weekend! This property was neat and clean. It’s not too far out of town. We were very pleased with our stay here. I would definitely book it again for my next visit!
Overall, nice quiet, clean and comfortable. We did see a scorpion, but we had been warned so no big deal. It is a ways from town but was very manageable.
First off, I want to thank you guys for being so understanding about changing of dates due to the winter storm. This apartment in the back of the home is extremely private, has its own entrance, and is the perfect little getaway for the weekend. While it is not directly on Main Street, it is just a short drive down one road to get there just as advertised.
We can't wait to come back again!
We really enjoyed this property. You can see the stars when you step outside. Clean property, plenty of hot water in the shower. Only issue was there was no internet and that was in part why we picked this property because my partner needed it for work. Otherwise, it was great!

Jessica, This is why we specifically inform you on our website that due to the location of the property 6 mile out in the country, the internet is extremely limited. We have the best internet we can get at our rural location, but it is just not very strong. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your guest.
It was more than we expected! Excellent location! The scenery was fabulous! We will be back agai!
Excellent!

Everything was just perfect
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Waking up to deer right outside our window was just the touch of hill country we needed. There were only two of us, so there was more than enough space. Brand spanking new top notch appliances (that came in handy Saturday morning for cinnamon rolls with coffee). We kept repeating to ourselves, “this is SO much better than a hotel.” The property is a short 5 min ride into town, and is located in a quiet, quaint, strip of a neighborhood. The gracious host provided coffee which was appreciated by two caffeine-lovers. We also enjoyed the selection of movies provided, that again, a hotel would’ve made us purchase. All in all, we’re incredibly appreciative of the opportunity. Would recommend to all. Thank you Carolyn!
