Gorgeous 6BR Estate Yard and Barn

Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS property in one of the best location in San Luis Obispo County! We are 10 min from San Luis Obispo and close to amazing beaches and wineries! Also a great spot to have as home base with many wedding venues close by (sorry no weddings here). With 6 large bedrooms this home is designed for family reunions, corporate getaways and girl wknds.

Amazing location, EPIC grounds, full amenities, sleeps 18 and gorgeous outdoor spaces. You can't go wrong!!

Spacious property with 2 levels of living spaces and ample outdoor areas.
6 Bedrooms including 2 master suites:

Bedroom 1: Master King w/ En suite and sleeper sofa

You get the whole house!

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Parking for up to 4-5 cars is available in the back driveway. Additional parking in roundabout out front. No street parking available.

There is a second unit on the property rented separately as a long term rental. The estate has full access to barn, grass area, round about and immediately behind the residence. The estate does NOT have access to the dirt area on the left of the barn or the upper driveway/ garage area which belongs to the second rental. The second unit does share the back gate/ driveway for access.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

No pets or parties are allowed.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.

There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

This house was the perfect location for our family birthday celebration. It is out of town so goes the feel of being out in tue quiet countryside. The house was comfortable and well equipped. The children had a great time playing cornhole in the barn.

We had a lovely time at the estate. All the rooms were clean and well tended, the beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. We had a large group of 4 families with a bunch of small kids and never felt that we lacked anything. Kids had great fun running around and the adults enjoyed cooking and spending time together after kids were in bed. The place is close to wineries and tide pools, and accessible to groceries and restaurants. Megan was very helpful and responsive! Would love to be back soon.

We had a great stay at the property. Pleny of room for 13 people (8 adults, 5 kids). Big grassy area for the kids to run around and do scavenger hunts. Megan (host) was very available and provided information concisely. Plenty of parking and enough trash cans to handle a big family weekend where we prepared all mealis in the house.

With a large family we always struggle to find a large enough property where we can all stay comfortably. This was a WINNER! Beyond 5 stars! Between the large well-appointed house and outside space, the house was a dream for our family of 11. The house was also very conveniently-located as our extended family reunion was held in SLO. Family Getaway

Part of my family lives in Northern California and we wanted a place where we could meet to spend time together! This home is absolutely gorgeous and our kids had the best time playing on the spacious grass area and outdoor patio. We had 11 people in our party and everyone was very comfortable, all of the bedrooms are wonderful. We also enjoyed the location, it is close to all of the places you would want to visit in the area: wineries, children’s museum, zoo, and great restaurants! The best part of our stay was the host Megan, she responded to every single message within a few minutes! She was courteous, kind, and beyond accommodating! Our family will definitely be coming back!

Perfect multi-generation family get away

Three generations of family came together to honor and share memories of a member of the fourth generation who had recently died. The property was perfect. There were 15 of us from ages 1-70 years. We all sat together at the big long table to share our meals. Bathing 15 people, including 5 children was easy with the large number of bathrooms. We even got pictures of the kids petting cats and a chicken, and feeding goats. The host, Monica, was extremely responsive to questions and requests. Highly recommended!
