This top of the range modern family home is situated in Lake Michelle, which is a gated estate commonly with the lake as its playground.

This lovely home boasts a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge.

There is a separate Tv room with a dual fireplace.

The Main bedroom with kingsize bed and on-suite bathroom,which includes a double shower and vanity leading out onto a private patio.

The guest room is beautifully furnished with a queen size bed.

There is a baby room, ideally furnished with a cot and baby items.

Both rooms have their own guest bathroom with a shower and bath.

The house is fully equipped with an outside barbeque and entertainment area.

Nestled around a 22 hectare lake with reed beds and ponds criss-crossed by wooden walkways in the beautiful Noordhoek Valley.

Home to over 120 species of birdlife, many types of fish, otters and the rare Leopard Toad, the shallow waters around the islands also attract wading birds and water fowl to this idyllic corner of the Cape.
