This is a beautiful property and was just as the slogan stated "Steps from the beach" it has all of the perfect beach amenities and was a perfect little beach house tucked into an adorable.beach community

This home had everything we needed for multi family, traveling with toddlers to Grandparents! It included children's toys, books, high chair, sand toys, bikes, etc. entire family had a great time and there was plenty of room to spread out! Beds were all comfortable with nice linens. Both Bathrooms had nice towels and shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Kitchen had everything we needed and really liked that it had good set of pots and pans. I would highly recommend this home and we will definitely return

Very clean and well stocked home. Super quick access to beach and lots of options for beach gear. Beach was clean and quiet, lots to walk to locally for great local food option for a quick lunch. Very dog friendly neighborhood and beach.

Great beach house!

This property was a true gem! From the sweet treats that awaited us upon arrival, to the beautiful decor and amenities. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy! Great neighborhood and beach close! Amelia was a fabulous host!

Wonderful family beach house

Nice beach house for families . Our grandkids loved all the toys and especially the air hockey game in the garage. Lots of beach stuff for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host provided cookies tha was a hit!!

I booked this wonderful house for a mini vacation for my husband and I and daughter and grandkids who are 10 and 8. It was a wonderful experience. I was thrilled that so many things were provided with the rental! My granddaughters loved using the boogie boards while wearing the wetsuits that fitted them perfectly. They rode bikes, flew kites on the beach, and even used the kayak while my daughter used the paddle board along side them near the harbor. There was never a dull moment with the board games and the games in the garage. The house was amazing and everything we needed was there. Will definitely love to rent again.

Great beach house, close to the beach and some local restaurants and a local market. The beach is a wide stretch of beach with lots of seals, good news they eat stingrays! The house is clean, well appointed and has comfortable bedding and mattresses. The house comes with beach towels, bikes, and beach chairs to use. The hostess is quick to respond and very nice to deal with. Honestly this house is a great value. I would highly recommend staying here. My wife and I stayed here with two 13 year old and two 17 year old teenagers. The house had enough space for us all to be comfortable.

Amazing experience and wonderful rental. Incredibly clean . Very well stocked with all you need . They are incredibly thoughtful with their choices for furnishings, dishes , layout , games etc . Came with elderly parents, teenage kids, and our little dog and just had an amazing time . The downstairs area was perfect for my parents with a full bathroom, bedroom, living area, and small kitchen/bar area. The beach is steps away and was so easy to come back and forth . We will be coming back .

Sandpiper review

Our stay at the Sandpiper was amazing!! I'm a Travel Agent and very picky about every detail. This place surpassed my expectations. From the Welcome note when we arrived, to the cleanliness of the property, to the very thought out furniture and decor....we were soo pleased upon arrival! After spending some time there, we realized how much the owners thought about every detail and really included anything and everything we could want or need. The beach was so close and the neighborhood so clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!!

A family getaway after a loss

I am not sure where to start. Amelia was one of the most understanding, gracious, and easy to work with host. We had a family vacation planned here to celebrate our sons first birthday and just before our departure my wife’s grandpas passed away. Grandma still wanted us to go, so we went. When we arrived there was a sorry for your loss note flowers and cookies. It moved my mother in law to tears! Now for the stay, the house was beautiful and updated, everything you need for everyone to have their own space while supporting family dinners and hang outs. The beach is a stone throw away, sitting on the patio and rocking my son to sleep while the ocean breeze blew in was one of my favorite moments. Could not reccomend this stay and host more.

The house looks just like the photos and is quite comfy. The kitchen is very well appointed and if anything was missing- the host had it immediately sent to us. Amelia was extremely responsive and very reasonable. Gracious host with very nice touches. The fireplace near the dining table creates a wonderful atmosphere. The outdoor seating area was not used much as the weather was quite overcast while we were there. Blackout shades were wonderful. I brought my own cozy blankets and I would recommend that. Floor is rather cold but understand no rugs due to sand and allowing pets. 1/4 block from beach. Quiet street - although there are lots of dogs barking in the neighborhood. Full laundry and beach toys and towels. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you so much.
