Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was comfortable and well maintained. Our balcony faced the inlet side and sun rose every morning with lovely breezes and quiet. By early afternoon the sun was over the building and provided shade to our patio all afternoon and into the evening.

Property is well maintained and great accommodations as well. Beach is across The street Gulf Boulevard . A lot of things is walking distance as far as restaurants Beach bars, souvenir shops and also they have the sun runner bus for transportation, which is very convenient. Takes you all around Saint Petersburg to downtown and back to beach area. The only thing I think they should 100 % check people wearing the resort bands because alot of families invite more family members and friends then they should and the pool area gets to crazy and full. Not fair to the other guests. The rules are not enforced and also alot of beach stragglers come in and hang at pool and nothing is done about it. I was there 10 days so I seen a lot. Had a great time and probably would stay again.

FLA 2025

Every year 3rd week of July we go to FL. We are from IL. My son brings some friends with. They are 20. They loved the place and the strip. I loved how close it was to tradewinds and the beach. This is my 6 th time in the area and I usually stay at tradewinds. I like being close to resort but having a condo. Perfect size and very clean.
