Inside of house very nice and clean. Outside areas were covered w/ mildew, leaves etc. I realize wooded area so tough to keep exterior clean, but front steps , railing, front porch need a good power washing !! Outdoor furniture in bad shape, broken lounge chair at pool area. Newer nicer outdoor furniture needed. We did enjoy our stay , the pool and hot tub.
Fantastic Family Retreat! We were in town for a week playing baseball in Marietta/East Cobb. House was perfect. Amber goes to great lengths to provide all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay!! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans. My children are grown so we did not use the playground but I did notice that it was very well maintained. House set back from road. Grounds are very peaceful and well landscaped. I’ve stayed at many homes through VRBO and hands down this is the best one yet!! You will not be disappointed!
Well the house was beautiful, and really relaxing and home. Had everything you needed, the stove should be looked at. Overall my wife and her friend enjoyed the stay. Thank you
Celebrated my 50th birthday with my family and the accommodations were absolutely amazing. Amber, the host went above and beyond to make sure we were safe during the severe tornado warnings/storms that weekend. The size of the home was perfect. Rooms were very comfortable! I’d stay here again for sure.
Love it! The house was large with lots of room. The furniture was all very comfortable. It was great being able to relax on the front or back porch. We didn’t use the pool much but used the hot tub every night! Definitely recommend!
Words do not describe how amazing this place was. You literally only need clothes, a bathing suit, and groceries. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need. The location is incredible, and the pool and hot tub are beyond expectations. We were here for travel baseball for our 16-year-old, and we will definitely book again if they return next year. Thank you, Amber, for everything.
This is a wonderful house managed by a helpful and responsive host. Our whole experience was smooth and easy as she provides clear instructions and a very easy to use website. Everything in the house was labeled and stocked so even when we forgot a few items, we never needed anything or had to wonder how something worked! If you are traveling with children, this is the place to stay because the host provides toys, high chairs, baby gates, sippy cups and even a crib! The property is stunning with so many family friendly things to do and play with. My child LOVED the playground and the pool. He especially enjoyed the diving board and the slide. We had an amazing time and if we ever come back to Atlanta we will stay here again!
I wanted to thank Amber for welcoming my family (dogs included) to stay at her beautiful home while attending a spiritual retreat. Her home transmits peace and harmony and I truly believe is because God, source or spirit has been welcomed. There's a sense of warmth and tranquility. A home that transmits love. My kids enjoyed the pool so much. They spent a few hours even though it was chilly outside. But since it was heated (huge plus) they did not care. Memories were made! The gym was a plus! My daughter was able to do some meditation while my husband was able to use the treadmill! win-win all the way around! The bed, Oh my gosh, the bed, I personally did not want to leave the bed. I slept so beautifully. Almost as if the bed and its comfy linens just embraced me to have the best sleep I have had in forever. I have stayed in a few places and I always leave with a backache. Even when you have stayed in a wonderful place, the bed you will always remember if it was good or bad.On our last day as we were dining, we looked out the window and we were able to enjoy the variety of birds just flying around the trees, the pool, the grass as the rain trickled from the trees. It was nature saying good bye.Thank you Amber for being so kind and willing to allow my big family into your home. Until next time!
