THE HOUSE, SWIMMING POOL AND FENCED YARD IS EXCLUSIVE FOR PERSONAL USE.
Beautiful house near Medulin, 800m away from the nearest beach, 2 km from the city center, very quiet area with a beautiful view.
Vila Bellian consists of a large apartment of 105 m2 on the ground and covered terrace of 28 m2 with wooden table, chairs and a large fireplace.
Inside the apartment there are air-conditioned kitchen and living room, three bedrooms (3 double beds) and a bathroom.
The exterior of the apartment is only for your private use and you can use the swimming pool, outdoor shower and toilet, garden, yard, garden furniture and barbecue.

Herrliches Ferienhaus

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, saubere Anlage und sehr schöne, rustikale Einrichtung. Der Pool war sehr schön und die Grillstelle hat hervorragend funktioniert. Vom Haus zum Meer benötigt man 15min und nach Medulin 25min zu Fuß. Ein tolles Ferienhaus, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub im September

Schönes Haus, super Pool, tolle Außenanlage, sehr netter Vermieter. Wir haben dort mit zwei weiteren Pärchen Urlaub gemacht (30 Jahre alt) Waren sehr zufrieden. Betten ein bisschen Hart ;)

Die Villa ist schön. Der Pool war für uns allein mit schöner Beleuchtung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, vielleicht etwas klein. Freundlicher Vermieter. Hat uns mit Wein und Obst begrüßt.Am Meer in der Nähe gab es wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub, tolles Haus und super Vermieter! Definitiv eine Reise wert.

Wir haben recht spontan entschieden, das erste Mal nach Kroatien zu fahren, kurz gesucht, uns verliebt und dieses Haus für eine Woche Ende Juni gebucht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Wir wollten Privatssphäre und waren zu 2. mit unserm Hund dort. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Am Tollsten ist der Außenbereich! Komplett eingezäunt/gemauert. Man hat seine absolute Ruhe. Der Pool ist einfach nur perfekt. Man kann schwimmen, sitzen, liegen und entspannen. Der Vermieter ist ein super netter, zuvorkommender Mensch. Er war immer sofort da, wenn wir Fragen hatten, war aber ansonsten zurückhaltend und wollte uns im Urlaub nicht stören. Wir kommen wieder und können jedem die Reise empfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war klasse, insbesondere deswegen da wir zu einer Zeit gefahren sind in der man noch nicht wirklich im Meer schwimmen konnte. Tolle Lage ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Auch Pula und Medulin sind mit den Auto sehr schnell erreichbar

Netter Vermieter, Ferienhaus in Ordnung

Das Haus selbst ist in ruhiger lage und geschmackvoll gestaltet - puren luxus darf man aber nicht erwarten (ein paar Sachen, wie die das Grundstück umgebende Mauer, wirken noch nicht so recht fertig und bei regen ist das Dach vom Vorraum undicht. In der Wohnung selbst ist aber alles trocken.). Die Ferienwohnung lag im Erdgeschoss, das obere Stockwerk war noch nicht ausgebaut. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein, was aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Bad mit Waschbecken, Dusche und WC. Eine weitere Toilette und Dusche sind im Garten beim Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und hat nur wenige kleine Fenster, was aber für ein angenehm kühles Klima im Inneren sorgt - den Rest erledigt die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die zum Wohnraum offene Küche bietet alles was man für einen Zeitlich begrenzten Aufenthalt benötigt (Gasherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc. ) und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Im geräumigen Vorraum gibt es einen großen Tisch und eine offene Feuerstelle in der man auch grillen kann. Hier kann man gemütliche Abende verbringen, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Durch die großen Fenster zum Garten ist hier auch ausreichend Licht vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es diverse Obstbäume und einen sehr schönen Pool. Das ganze ist von einer Mauer umgeben die vor neugierigen Blicken schützt, die aber aufgrund der Abgelegenen Lage ohnehin kaum vorkommen. Alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus, solange man keine zu hohen Anforderungen an perfekte Optik hat. Funktionsfähig und sauber war aber alles und der vermieter war sehr nett und hat mit Ratschlägen unterstützt.
