Beautifully updated 3 bed 2 & 1/2 bath two story end unit town home located in exclusive gated Lake Berkley Resort in the heart of the Kissimmee tourist district. The entrance to the resort is manned by 24 hour security. The town home features Mediterranean style roofing, manicured landscaping and 3 outdoor seating areas including a balcony with favorable sun exposure. The interior boasts tile flooring throughout the ground floor, upgraded bath rooms, good quality furnishings, tasteful décor and flat screen TVs throughout. The ground floor provides a well equipped kitchen, a dining area, living room as well as a utility area and half bath. The second floor consists of a king Master Suite with balcony overlooking a quiet green area of the property. There is also a queen bedroom that is thoughtfully furnished. The final bedroom consists of a double (full) bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and tub shower.
On site amenities include a clubhouse with swimming pool & hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, fishing pier and nature trail. You will love the totally serene atmosphere.

The unit was spacious. Quiet area. The assigned parking was a nice perk. Beautiful lake area. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The gated entrance was backed up several times.

Family Vacation

Rooms were nice, mattress in Master Bedroom was uncomfortable and cleaning supplies were understocked. The pool was closed, which was disappointing but understandable. Overall the experience was good.

For vacation rentals, guests are responsible for their own supplies. A minimal amount is provided to start them off. The master bedroom matress is new but we do understand that some guests prefer soft while others prefer firm and we cannot satisfy both so we tried to be in the middle. This is the first time anyone had issues. We will review to see if any upgrade is needed.
