Great property

This property was just what we needed. It was very clean and the location was great. Easy access to grocery store and a Walmart. Quiet area and the privacy of the back patio and pool area was really nice. Grandkids loved the amenities up at the Oasis club! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Not worth staying

This place has lots of issues not described online I listed below for other guest. 1. Privacy curtains are broken between outside ( pool area and kitchen) 2. Both Kids bedroom beds are not comfortable for kids very old and uncomfortable for kids for sleep 3. In kitchen most of kitchen appliances don’t work, utensils are plates are scratched and not usable some of glass and plates corners are broken dangerous to use them, we had to buy re usable cups, glasses and plates. 4. Internet was not working the for two days out of 10 days we stayed there, also very hard to get calls only one network bar comes to this property (I was using Verizon and T-Mobil) 5. Over all not worth renting this place again.

Check in was easy, Host was easy to communicate with. was a little trouble getting to correct gate, was given wrong gate address, had to ask security for correct gate address, but after that it was fine. The home needs a few things fixed like vertical blinds on sliding door, definitely needs new pillows every room, and outdoor dining chairs need to be replaced, but we had fun.

Super nice house

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home. It was very clean which we appreciate. The location is in a quiet area in the back of a neighborhood. The neighborhood is HUGE so it does take some time to get to recreational activities, but we didn’t mind. Our family enjoyed the pool after long days at amusement parks. The house has pretty much everything you will need for your stay. Communication with the property manager was seemless. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Clean, good location. Lacking some items.

The property was very clean. It felt roomy and the king size bed was comfortable. The access to the large pool, hot tub, and lazy river was a nice perk. This house is lacking a lot of kitchen items that most vacation rentals provide. Very minimal utensils, they only provided 1 hand towel, no toaster. No salt or pepper. I do not think I would stay at this location because it did not have all these items.

Wonderful area and place to stay. Only issue was the parking at night and the WiFi wasn’t working. I did call for assistance and was hung up on the first time. I figured they would call me back, but they did not. I called back and they were very prompt in assisting me, but the WiFi did not work properly until the last day there unfortunately. Yes, I would stay here again.

Home base for Disney visits

Nice clean newer home in very crowded cookie cutter community. Difficult to find parking as our unit had no garage or driveway of its own. Pool was small but nice but useless unless you paid extra to heat it. Neighborhood should employ some private security; first night we were there there was a group yelling and fighting outside our unit. If you just want a reasonable price place to stay for theme park access this will work well. They do have a nice community place called Oasis with a lazy river, water park, etc. plan to pay high prices there for food and drink as you can’t bring your own. I give the owner, cleanliness and interior of unit good scores, but would not return due to overcrowding, lack of security and lack of access to reasonably priced food and beverage choices.

All in all a great house

We loved the house. However there are lights that flicker in the basketball room and master bathroom. Several slats from the blinds were missing but nothing that was awful. The pool was great and the house was extremely clean

Good location

We enjoyed out stay. It was nice having the Publix right down the road. The pool was a huge hit for the kids. Next time we will try to stay closer to the Oasis Club as it was farther away than we anticipated, but overall we were happy with the amenities.

Exactly as advertised.

So not the best location if your not a fan of driving a bit of a distance to get to anything at all. That being said nothing wrong with the place and the Oasis club is nearby to use the resort type pool etc. Very responsive and responsible property management company.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Issues

Pleasant stay with easy access and communication. However, there were multiple bifold closet doors that were damaged and coming out of the tracks. I had to remove the doors and tuck them inside the closets so that they would not fall out and onto the small children. The beds were very uncomfortable but on par with similar STR properties. The kid rooms had slightly damaged dressers and decor but were functional. Ultimately, this was a decently clean property at a decent rate and we would stay here again.
