Set in laid-back Seagrove Beach, this two-story hideaway makes a solid case for doing less (but enjoying more). The first floor has three comfy bedrooms, a second living area with a wet bar (midnight snacks encouraged), and a laundry room that’s actually big enough to be useful.

Step outside to the private pool and patio, ideal for cannonballs, cocktails, or both. Very nice.

Upstairs, the kitchen is open, airy, and fully prepped for everything from pancake stacks to fresh-caught dinners. The main living and dining areas are right there, along with a balcony that practically insists on evening drinks.

Four bikes are ready to roll, and 30A is your playground. Ride the Timpoochee Trail, stop for tacos, browse a boutique, wander into Seaside or Rosemary without a plan. It’s all within reach… and better by bike!
