We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and felt safe. Parking was great. It was a good size for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and it had a central location. Road noise was a little loud but not terrible.
We are repeat guests and everything we loved about the place before still holds: the location, the comfortable beds, the fabulous kitchen, even the half bath downstairs! It’s roomy and perfect for our needs. We’ll be back - again!
The townhouse was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. We only spent one night for a USC football game and it was about a 15 minute drive to to the stadium.
Great location and set up for a 4 day trip. Easy to get to downtown and access the highway. Lovely little neighborhood of townhomes. But one warning, there are neighborhood cats who come and visit and they will steal your heart! Absolutely adorable kittens. We will definitely stay here again,
My husband, adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at this lovely VRBO in Columbia. Arsenal Hill is perfectly situated near the downtown, and we were very close to everything we wanted to do - Soda City Market, Cottontown Art Crawl, Riverbanks Zoo and Gardens, Vista nightlife, Five Points, the USC campus, and the SC State Museum. Meals at Railroad BBQ and The Gourmet Shop were delicious!
It is a nice clean place and it suited our needs perfectly; my daughter's request was to have her own bathroom and we were able accomplish that. She only stayed until Christmas day but I was there for the entire time and we have put this place at the top of our list for future stays.
We stayed in Columbia to attend Family Day / Graduation at Ft. Jackson. This property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The little neighborhood is close to downtown, yet so quiet. It was convenient to get anywhere we needed to go. Literally 15 minutes was the most we had to travel to meet family. The host was very responsive and we appreciated all of the little "extras" like the shampoo and snacks. Definitely would stay here again if we return to Columbia. Check In and Check Out was SO easy!
