Welcome to our well-maintained home, built in the 1980s, offering a cozy atmosphere with a rustic style. This home is perfect for large families seeking comfort and affordability.
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you're just minutes from major Universal Studios (5 min), Icon Park (10 min), I-Drive (10 min) and 25 minutes from Walt Disney World Parks. Pets are welcome! Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding mention of Vrbo. Enjoy your stay! Walk to Universal Studios or take a $5 Uber, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Pool (Original from the 80’s) , BBQ-pit, lot of parking. **Our neighbors do not like Vrbo, keep it to your self and do not talk to them please, enjoy the family oriented please, do not get too loud ***. With 4 bedrooms including 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 bunk bed, along with 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, this property offers a marvelous retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of AC, WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Horrible house. Exposed wiring, construction was not finished, host was not helpful and refused refund even with bare electrical wires coming out of the wall and holes in the walls. Does not match the picture.

We arrived at 4 and did not have the check-in code. Finally had someone respond via the ring doorbell with the code and they shut off before we could ask any questions. The fence around the back of the property was falling down and there were ducks swimming in the dirty pool. Inside, there were exposed wires where light fixtures had been removed and the shower head in the master bath looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling.We contacted the "property managers" through VRBO - no other connecttion provided. The "co-property manager" finally contacted me back via WhatsApp. We told her we had left the property and would not stay - it was unsafe for a 7yo child. They ignored our response and continued to message us through the VRBO app - with "hope you are enjoying your stay" - obviously automated. We will be disputing this charge with our credit card company and warn anyone looking at this place - do not bring children - not safe!

The host was very nice and the check in/out process was easy. The proximity to Universal was great. However, we felt uncomfortable during our stay because the house did not seem very clean. Did not use the master shower because it looked unfinished and the hot water was not working well.

Good place to stay for Universal

We had a pleasant stay at the rental. The host, Ana was very easy to get tin touch with. She checked in with us many times on the first day to ensure the rental was accommodating to our expectations. The house is spacious for our 2 families. We enjoyed the close location to Universal Studio.

Okay so it's like a 5 minute drive to the parks and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Probably the most important things to know here and what made our stay satisfactory. Amazing The house as a whole was very clean. I never once felt like someone was just there. It was kind of tacky that the cleaner left an envelope on the table for tips though. Especially when I got into the kitchen to cook and had to hand wash several things before using them. On that note, the cookwear was mostly unusable as all of the teflon had a bunch of cuts in it. That can flake into your food and is dangerous. There was one pot in which I cooked everything in because it was truly the only one I felt okay using. I would advise the owner to get maybe some stainless steel. No one will be able to break or ruin those. They'll last forever. The other thing I would advise would be to get that pool taken care of. That water was way too still for me to trust dipping even a toe in there. There is one tiny little filter floating in the corner. I get that this isn't a luxury resort, but it was definitely a leading reason of why we chose this particular property. The thought was that after a long day walking the parks we could relax and enjoy the private pool. Not only that, but it was packed with leaves. I can tell this property is slowly being updated and it has a lot of potential. Right now, the outside looks kind of dumpy and there are some areas that still need attention. But overall, it was decent.

An Honest Review

Overall, you can’t beat the location. Perfect for adults with older children but not for families with young kids and or older adults as there are three different levels in just one area—easy to trip. The house is really outdated, and it’s a minimal viable product (just what you need to shower, sleep, and spend little time at the house). This is perfect for those who plan to spend the entire day at the parks.

The host was very responsive and great to work with. The house was at best decent. I don’t want to seem rude just want to give an honest feedback. There are exposed wires in the cabinets above the microwave and On the beam below the stairs. There didn’t seem to be a fire alarm or carbon monoxide alarm. The master bathroom has two showers, 1 leaks through the ceiling when you use it. The shower drain stinks when hot water goes down it. The shower does t seem to be completely finished. The pool was dirty. Not a lot of kitchen equipment to work with. It was a great place to stay for the price we paid and really was only for sleeping. Cooking and spending any additional time wasn’t comfortable. The living room seating was not conducive to a relaxing environment. If you looking for a cheap stay and just need some where to sleep, this is a great place. It was very clean just had some odds and ends that could use some work.

If you want to be close to Universal, this location is fantastic! Also, the host was responsive, and we really appreciated her accommodating our earlier check-in since we had multiple people flying in on multiple different flights.However, we had higher expectations for the condition of the home. You can zoom into my photos for details, but this house is VERY old, and that is reflected on both the outside and the inside. The updates have been few and look like they were largely DIY. The eating area in front of the fireplace is lovely and where the most attention has been paid; but otherwise, the house is full of examples of rotting wood and peeling plaster. The amenities are also sparse: 4 keurig pods (5 adults were staying there for 3 nights), no hair dryer, the iron stained one person's shirt when they used the steam feature, kid-themed bunk rooms (NOT pictured as such on the listing) with just sheets and no blankets, a questionable shower upstairs (something isn't right with that tub floor, but I have already alerted the host) -- although, that shower had the best water pressure. The other two showers are terrible. The pool also looks fairly neglected. And a couple live cockroaches in the kitchen. We were thankful for hot (super hot!) showers and the bed pillows were wonderful. The welcome basket was also a kind gesture, though the tip envelope in it was off-putting. This review is being submitted by the team Executive Assistant, who is the one who made the booking.
Master shower is in very bad condition. Also has bad water pressure and water dripping from the ceiling (NOT from the shower head). The other downstairs BR had plaster peeling all over.
Barely remembered to take a photo when leaving. Neighborhood is quiet but this house needs work!
A true picture of the pool. Had bathing suits but did not wish to go in it. Looked like it was probably pretty shallow.
Caution tape, though unsightly, is wise. Several split layers downstairs that could definitely be a fall hazard. Recommend a simple table or bookshelf to hide the wifi mess there on the floor.

This was my communication with the host upon letting them know we decided to cut our trip short due to the conditions of the house.to start, the pin location listed showed a better looking house a block away. so when i got your text with the address you sent, the pic of the street view of the house was a big letdown. the cleanliness wasnt an issue as we understand the housekeeper can only do so much with what they have to work with. the pool was unsafe having rusty bolts holding the makeshift trim on around the waterline and requires resurfacing. the master shower cant be used at night as it casts a siluette across the panes to the outside. the door to the master toilet doest work. the added shower in the hall bath is against code and has an unsafe step. there are stains all over the ceiling. the dining room flooring is water damaged, improperly installed and pealing up and the exterior is rotting away.the air vents are dirty and there are loose / unsafe electrical outlets around the house. some outlets dont work at all. there are exposed loose wires hanging out of an exterior panel. it generally looks like its not fit for renting. we took pictures of a lot of issue areas around the house as backup for review.

A major pipe in the street burst, causing water to leak outside our house. We promptly contacted the city, and they promptly fixed the pipe. As a gesture of goodwill, we returned the money to our guests..

This is a family-oriented neighborhood that is very safe, where you can walk peacefully and enjoy quality time. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ARE ALLOWED AFTER 9:00 PM.

What makes this property unique

For us, cleanliness is essential. Our team does a deep clean every time we have new guests. Every two weeks, the gardener mows the lawn and fumigates the house (we live in central Florida 😎). The pool company comes every week (the pool is a bit old), but it is always clean.
